This week at Chosun Yoga November 19, 2014

"Your Instrument"

If you play an instrument or have ever tried, you know that you have to start with the basics...learning how to tune and take care of it. Then you might progress to learning scales, rhythm and even music theory. And then...practice, patience and perseverance! In the discipline of yoga, your body is your instrument and the comparison is a valid one. Our class this week will focus on basic seated poses, fine tuning our technique so that our instrument can sing!

Join us and find your inner harmony...
